An order can be cancelled at any point up to which you get notification that it has been shipped.  Shipping normally takes place 24 hours prior to your expected delivery date. You will receive an e-mail stating that it has been shipped.

If you need to cancel your order please check your e-mails to ensure the order hasn't been shipped, then if it has not please send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it stating that you would like to cancel your order.  Please put Cancellation in subject line of e-mail and ensure that in the e-mail you state the order number and your full name and address.

Once an item has been shipped - as it is in transit - it will then need to be returned if not required.  Returns can be made at your expense - the products contained within the order will be credited.  Please refer to the returns policy for further information.
